Listen to a Facebook video with the screen off
Paste a Facebook video or reel link below. LoopRush plays its audio on its own, and that audio keeps going with the screen locked or another app open.
The Facebook app has no listen-only mode; leaving it or locking the phone pauses the video. Talks, music performances and podcasts posted as video are often worth hearing rather than watching, and that is the case this covers.
See it work
Facebook link in, audio only, screen off — 48 seconds, muted recording.
On an iPhone
- In Facebook, tap Share under the video, then Copy link.
- Open looprush.xyz in Safari and paste the link.
- Press the side button. The lock screen and Control Centre keep play, pause and skip.
On Android, without copying anything
Add LoopRush to your home screen from Chrome once. After that it appears in Facebook's share menu: tap Share, pick LoopRush, and the audio starts.
On a computer
Copy the video's address from facebook.com, paste it here, and carry on working in another tab; the keyboard's play/pause key controls it.
Which links work
Public videos and reels, including fb.watch and share/v short links. Videos limited to friends or groups are only visible inside Facebook, so they cannot be opened here.

- Does this download the video?
- No. The audio plays from LoopRush; nothing is saved to your phone, and the video stays on Facebook.
- Do I need to log in to Facebook?
- No. Public videos open without an account.
